But how can we foster stronger parent-teacher partnerships? Here are a few strategies to consider:

🤗 Open Communication: Create consistent channels for communication, like monthly newsletters or parent-teacher meetings, to keep parents informed and engaged. 🏠 Home Learning Support: Share simple resources and activities that parents can use at home to reinforce classroom learning. 🎉 Celebrate Involvement: Acknowledge and celebrate parents’ contributions, no matter how big or small. This encourages a positive and supportive community. Let’s empower our students together by making parents an active part of their educational journey! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Social Evils

Social evils are seen everywhere in every society. Education not business education, will play important role to overcome the social evils. Social evils are seen growing last 35 years. Rapid growth of social evils will impact the live of future generations. Making education business is one of the social evil. Such kind of education will create nuts and bolts and create among rucks among society.

We need to impart such education that will decrease or lower the social evils. School and university have create awareness about drug addiction, late marriages, dowry, huge expenditure in marriage ceremonies, cigrate smoking, corruption and other employment fraud. ...

In summary social evils are problem creator for peaceful society.

My PhD thesis on Future internet architecture mobile and non mobile

my PhD thesis was on Future Mobile Internet and it's architecture. where I successfully designed the new model but unfortunately no testbed was created so far. also I work on wireless sensor networks in course work. Sensor data communication can be part of future internet architecture model.

in my synopsis, i designed new architecture based on problems facing the current internet like security and other issues. in my architecture i divided internet country wise, state wise and district wise. it will improve internet security, controls traffic, improves speed etc...... here is example, a sender in a district are supposed to send some packet to friend residing somewhere in same district, now instead of packet reach or travel to other district, the packet will first reach the local main server of the district then with the help of location algorithm it will locate the friends address and send the packet to him by shortest path. here I propose location algorithm and shortest path algorithm.. .. backbone need to be created if sender sends packet to a friend residing in some other district..... for country to country communication, i propose in my model tunnel. tunnel can be created for country to country communication......seperate DN for districts, seperate DN for country,e,g Kashmir will be Kmr or Kash and district Srinagar the DNS will be sgr. Anantnag will be ang. etc. it is challenging when the user of future mobile internet will upload a video malicious or malicious content on social web in Anantnag district, the algorithm will keep the content only in Anantnag main local server, users of anantnag will watch or read the content, the content can not cross the backbone to travel to other district or state or viral to globally.

Wireless Ahoc Networks

A wireless adhoc networks is a collection of autonomous nodes and terminals that communicate with each other by forming a multihop radio network and maintaing connective in decentralized manner. The network is adhoc because each node is willing to forward data for other nodes, and so the determination of which nodes forward data is made dynamically based on the network connectivity. Since the nodes communicate over wireless links, they have to contend with the effects of radio communication, such as noise, fading and interference. In addition, the links typically have less bandwidth than in a wired network. Each node in a wireless adhoc network functions as both a host and a router, and the control of the network is distributed among the nodes. The network topology is in general dynamic, because the connectivity among the nodes may vary with time due to node departures, new node arrivals, and the possibility of having mobile nodes. Hence, there is a need for efficient routing protocols to allow the nodes to communicate over multihop paths consisting of possibly several links in a way that does not use any more of the network "resources" than necessary. Some of these features are characteristic of the type of packet radio networks that were studied extensively in the 1970s and 1980s. Yet, research in the area of ad hoc networking is receiving much attention from academia, industry, and government. Since these networks pose many complex issues, there are many open problems for research and opportunities for making significant contributions.
